Mitten strange

I don't know if I shall put it into this category because it appears more to be a ghost than an animal.

It's our neighbour's deaf cat which is quite strange.
It always wants to go up, it seems to hate the floor.
You almost can't touch or carry it, it doesn't seem to like it or thinks we always want to fight with it, because it scratches and bites you.
